Excellent collection Jim! I didn't know they made all those bike kits. Thanks for sharing!

Oh man , now I'm really jealous . I'd love to have any of those . . . especially the Jumpin' Jeans , Rainbow Rods , and Krazie Kustoms !
I do have one of the Triumph T100 kits , amazingly detailed for a Lindberg kt .
And those Aurora kits are great too , wish i could get myself to build that scale .

This is cool. The girl just sits there quietly and waits for "the men" to finish. No interruptions, griping, or complaining. Gotta love the 50s and 60s, lol.

Came across this one the other day . I don't build large scale but this one could be built using an AMT kit !

Good one Bob. Don't think I've ever seen that one. Interesting front suspension going on there!

OK well this is not my favorite box art, but it's one of the funniest... It's the side of the box of Revell's new-ish '64 Impala Lowrider. Wonder how the car would move with a driveline like that !

Came across these early Monogram boxes on Ebay . I've seen the kits in later boxes but never these early ones , they aren't even shown in the Thomas Graham book . I almost did the BIN but then I'd have to start a box collection ! First two are dated 1954 , the Speedboat is dated 1955 .

Very cool Bob, and very interesting.
The two '54 releases don't have the same MONOGRAM logo on top. Hadn't settled on "the one" yet, and they're calling acetate "plastic", even though it's different. Guess corporate minds have always been trying something nefarious to make a nickel.....
Wonder if the HOT ROD became the '59(?) release of the flattie with two extra header pipes 😄 Dragstrip Hot Rod? or, since all 3 boxes are the same size (and mint!) were these the "box scale" offerings? All the models designed to fit just one sized box.....
Would make for a very nice collection 😎
John
