'60s wacky show custom? Yes. The idea is to make a little go-cart type tractor for moving the trailer around a storage yard. It would have a centrifugal clutch but I haven't figured out a way to choose forward and backward. The boat would have lots of '49 Ford styling cues -- this sketch probably won't look much like the finished item. That '39 Ford grille on the bow might look neat -- of course, it would be solid otherwise it would be about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.

If you've got the imagination to come up with the idea and sketch it out - you're more than capable of building it. Go for it...

Sorry but it looks like something Barris was commissioned to build for The Addams Family TV show.
I would absolutely love to see it built. Absolutely. 😜

I was thinking the same thing, Roth build needs bubble top.
This would fit Roths mind some what. Look for a shape outside the box. This is based on a Logitech Trac Ball blister pack. 3 wheels twin blown Buicks.

Yeah! A bubble-top on the boat would help the vibe. Thanks for the tip!

Here's a taped-together mock-up. The curve from horizontal to vertical on the '36 hood is the same as on the '49 body. Hmmmm. Maybe I should just make it into a custom car with four (or three?) wheels and save the tow rig/boat/trailer idea for some other time. I could section a couple of scale inches out of the lower body that I removed and glue it on.
Here's what the pie-cut body looks like before being squeezed at the front.
