Dang Bob. That is one helluva good job on that paint and BMF. It may have taken you a long time but buddy.....that right there looks TOP notch. One can definitely tell that there was a ton of work put into it.

Foiling BMF can be as frustrating as talking to a teenager, but done with patience the results can be amazing, and something to be proud of. Never heard it put quite like that but I couldn't agree more.

I used to pin small parts with straight pins but since I found a source for small diameter brass rod that's all I use anymore . It's much easier to cut and CA glue sticks to the brass , it never does stick to straight pins . The door handles have mounting posts molded into them so I'll just drill out the body to accept them . I bought the Hypodermic tubing and the Insect Pins 5 or 6 years ago and this is only the second time I've used them , they should last me a while ! The Insect Pins have a nice little ball on them just like an antenna . These came in a set of 10 packets of 10 different sizes , some of the larger sizes would work great without the tubing for one piece antenna . After drilling some 1/16" rod it was shaped and cut at an angle to match the fender . A very small dab of Tacky Glue holds it in place and will allow it to wiggle to fit the fender when installing . Also finished the grille and taillight panel . Need to work on those headlights a bit and maybe add some clear .

I was able to redo the headlights without making a big mess . No bad if you don't get too close .
