I have these two kits: I'm gonna try to build something similar to this: (Pic from the web) The Cougar box had these gluebombs in it: The Mustang box had some '69 Mustang gluebomb parts, but also had this unbuilt Mustang: I marked off the top to be cut out along the bottom of fastback roofline: However, after checking the Cougar body, I found out that I would have a HUGE gap if I cut it there. So, I cut the top out along the outside edge of the rear fenders: I relieved the Cougar from it's kid: Preliminary test fit shows promise: After some careful filing and trimming, the fit is getting better: I grabbed this GT-E hood from Time Machine Resins, in Nashville, Tennessee. It will help with the custom theme on this build: A little mock up: I'm trying this stuff to see if it will strip the paint off the extra hood: We'll see how it goes on that front. This brings this build up to date.

i like it! Being a Mustang and former 1967 Cougar owner, this intrigues me.

I like this one a lot. I'm a big fan of factory concept/what ifs. I'll be watching!

I'm not sure about that one. Grille looks too much like a Lincoln Town Car, and it needs hideaway headlights, IMHO. LOL!

I've had this piece in the Purple Power for three days: It's working, but not very quickly.
