If, at first, you don't suceed,,,,put it back in the box and finish it ten years later.

In-progress resin kit from RMR. ( DO NOT confuse them with R&R). Very good quality castings. Donor kit is the Revell '41 Willys street rod kit for interior and suspension parts, etc. but a large amount of tweaking, parts box stealing and scratchbuilding is necessary if one wants to build a detailed model as opposed to a slammer. Wheels are '06 Mustang with '51 Chevy caps glued to the centers,,,,,because they are DIFFERENT. Will have '59 Corvette tailights and sunken license plate. Big block with Dudek polished aluminum valve covers.

Be nice if this was a stock body for those of us that prefer to our own mods. This looks like it must take Corvette tailights. Your wheels are great. Will you have to come up with a grille, or scratch one?

Will you have to come up with a grille, or scratch one? It comes with a grille. It had NO provisions for tailights. I am using '59 Vette tailights and I've molded in the light buckets before painting. I also sunk in ther license plat holder.
