Finished at last! The final stages of a kit always make me sweat a bit...all that work and the danger you might fek it up at the last moment.. Anyway, here's my 59 Impala: It took me a while to finish this, as there was a lot of BMF to do and the curves of the body were hard to rub-back after painting. There was a minor fit issue with the body/interior/chassis. I could get 2 out of 3 lined-up perfectly, but not all 3 together. This was made more difficult by having done all the trim on the body, which meant gripping it without damaging the foil trim was a nightmare....but I got it done in the end. Overall, the parts in the kit were moulded well. I particularly liked the wheels and tyres: The finish is spray can auto paint (Rover kingfisher blue metallic and Peugeot alpine white, or something like that..) from Halfords. One day I'll get to grips with an airbrush.. Hope you like it, thanks for looking
