SalvinosJR NASCAR 2023 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 William Byron. I spent a mere 20 hours to do a quick assembly and then placement of decals. I just wanted to familiarize myself with this series of kits. See how they go together, what areas need attention, and look for future ways to super detail the models. I was totally happy with everything. The decal sheets are of superb quality, though I will admit the compound curves of the car bodies make perfect placement of the large graphics tedious and time consuming. In my opinion, the decals might be a serious challenge for modelers with little to no experience. Experienced modelers will do okay. Frankly speaking, I will likely use the decals as a template to cut my own paint masks for future builds, then paint all the major colors using an airbrush. The model as you see it here was completely built out of the box with no paint except for a few small details. The entire car body is the natural plastic color with the kit supplied decals applied.

Thanks Sharp. More than half the total time spent was just for the extensive decal sheets. High quality decals, too. All around, probably the best quality model kit I have purchased for the money spent. Less than $40 from my local hobby shop.

I didn't know they made a 2023 Camaro kit, but I see it's NASCAR. I was thinking a street car when I saw the title. Nice work. Very clean build.
