I love that kit but it is a very complicated piece of work. Have you started on the ultra detailed engine yet?

Ah not yets jb, parts of the chassis are bad enough. Take a very long time to do it all carefully!

Looks like you did a sweet job on the chassis and interior, keep it up! Here are a couple pics of the engine I built up, on its stand that comes with the kit. Note the ugly sink marks...one thing this kit is plagued with. Might want to put more time than I did into removing or covering them. And here is one I stuffed into a Tamiya Ghia: A shot of the undercarriage showing the incredibly detailed transaxle with enough parts to keep even Timmy Boyd from commenting on how furrin models don't have engine detail. You cannot see it from these angles, but the transaxle even includes throwout bearing detail Has got to be nearly 100 pieces for the engine and transaxle combined. Not my best work, and the detail shots accentuate the negative, but there you have it. jb

WOW! jb, it looks as though I'll just throw the parts and seal shut the engine cover! No only joking but my attempt may not be half as good!

Nearly there with a few decals and cleaning up around window seals, not my favourite job.

Update: Kit decals fell apart so using decal stash for number plates and tyres, tyres first..

So...the next question is, should I add my home-made roof box? With appropriate legs of course!
