I did a search, but every post with the word "decal" comes up.
I bought this Challenger model a few years ago because I wanted an older Challenger model, and the price was right. It was an open kit, so I'm missing one wheel and the rear spoiler. No biggie, really as I found some wheels in my stash that look similar and will work.
However, I don't want to build this redneck version of the Challenger. Luckily, it comes with a shaker hood and stock exhaust, so I can get it looking like a stock Challenger.
The decals are stupid and won't be used. I want to find factory correct striping for it. I've been searching for hours, with no luck. Slixx doesn't carry them, nobody is selling any on eBay, Ted's modelling site has been under construction for what seems like forever, and the other usual hobby sites don't carry them.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I should have searched eBay today before I posted this. I actually found what I'm looking for. Only thing is this decal set is for 1/24th scale and my Challenger is 1/25th scale. I might have to do a little trimming, but not much. I'm only going to use the T/A decals, but the price was right ($7.00 shipped.)

If you are motivated and able, a frisket mask might work well for you to get exactly what you want. Airbrush required, and a new #11 exacto blade and steady hand. Might be cheaper....

I thought about that as it's a pretty straight forward design. I also thought about making my own decals for it. However, I don't have much luck on darker decals as the ink tends to chip or fade along the edge I cut. Not so bad on light colored cars, but it's a purple car. I wonder if laserjet printers do that. I work for Xerox, so I should be able to get a discount, lol.

I remember Testors had a "Make your own" kit, but I think it was for a DeskJet type printer. LaserJets use Toner and Thermal transfer response ink (I think....) BUT, Xerox uses that as well. So, maybe you're on to something there...
