Resin casting

I haven't been building models, because I have been busy building models, LOL.

I built 8 new molds and casted over 90 parts in 26 days, (not all are here, some have already gone into use)

In scales 1/8, 1/9, 1/12, 1/24, 1/25, 1/32

A couple items are from molds I built nearly 25 years ago, such as the 1/32 scale Willys in the back ground, and wheels for it.
I casted this entire kit and will show it soon.

I just ordered new Resin and RTV, so I will be casting at least this many more in the next month (all different stuff)





Some 1/24 scale personalized valve covers I made then casted, Heck MOROSO did it, LOL.

Man you've been busy , that's a lot of work ! I've only cast a few misc small parts and learned very quickly that there's a lot more to it than most people think ! That Willys looks really cool ! Is it the Monogram kit ?

I've been searching for some 1/32 wheels and tires for a couple of incomplete projects I have , any chance you'll make some of yours available ?

Hi Bob,

Yes, that is the 1/32 Mono Willys. I actually made molds for the entire kit, but they are 25 years old and I got a couple more pulls from them recently.
I will be doing a full feature on it soon.

Let me know what style of 1/32 wheel you need and if I have some you are welcome to them, if I don't have some made, I make new molds all the time.
Right now I have some F/C wheels, the fts are spindle mounts I made and the rears are also deep 5 spokes I made. And also deep centerlines I made.

The wheels from the Willys kit were the last pulls I got from the old molds, but I am making new better molds of them.
