So far....  The kit has a lot of very small PE parts. As an elderly builder, seeing them, cutting and handling them is difficult, so will be leaving them off. |

Cheers Paul, the painting can now start, prior to the decals. I will be using this layout. There are three sets of decals for different squadrons.  |

Paint update! Although sludgy, after an injection of new clear acrylic thinners and a stir, the Revel Acrylic cube paint pots are resurrected! This may be the one and only camo coat! Other small parts to be painted prior to decaling.  |

I LIKE IT! Not familiar with this bird, so I almost ribbed ya' for putting the wings of your F4U Corsair on upside down. Having done a bit of digging, this looks like an interesting subject to build.

Cheers hotrodtom. Yes I go for the relatively unknown planes, not the ones that everyone builds. I'm going for the worn/used look. I also look at the Unicraft website of resin weird and wonderful X Planes!
