I was looking at some past photos taken of my MPC 1967 Pontiac Bonneville build, and realized that I was not happy with them, so I decided to take a few new shots today.
Figured I just as well post them up.

Where did you get that color? When I was about 13 or so, a neighbor had a Chevelle that color, and painted his race 56 Chevy that color. I'm thinking about replicating his 56, and I'd like to be as close as possible.
That car, and every other one you do, is simply stunning!

Thank you!
The paint is MCW base coat lacquer.
The color is #6701 "Royal Plum Metallic".
M code GM color available on all Chevrolets and Pontiacs in 1967 under the name of "Royal Plum" for Chevy, and "Plum Mist" for Pontiac.
Also apparently available for Pontiac in 1966.

Thanks! MCW charges more to ship than the price of the paint, so that's out of the question. My usual go to place is AUTOMOTIVETOUCHUP.COM, but they don't list it at all. I guess I'll go with the "close enough, but not exact" route. lol.

When I buy paint from MCW, or anyone else for that matter, it makes sense to buy more than one item.
Shipping on a half dozen jars of paint from MCW is around $13.00 or so.
Well worth it, in my opinion, to know that I'm going to get a superior product in the exact colors that I want.
I'm a stickler for my paint.
I won't settle for good enough, or close enough.
