Revell '66 Chevy Suburban with MPC Super Trailer.

I've wanted to build a race car trailer, with suitable tow vehicle, for a long time.  Finding the trailer proved problematic until I found this re-issued MPC kit on Ebay.  Cost me a bomb!  The trailer is pretty stock apart from the paneled in front and lowered suspension.  The Suburban was converted to a panel van with plastic card and has a front grille and headlamps from my bits-box.  The wheels are from a Mercury Cougar Eliminator and the front suspension has been lowered slightly.  I reprofiled the rear wheel arch openings to give a lighter appearance that better matched the fronts.  All the decals came with the trailer kit.

Man, that's a nice clean build! I really dig that shade of blue. Works really well for the Suburban

Thanks for you comments Gents.  The one aspect of this kit that I wasn't completely happy with was the grille/headlamps.  It seemed like a good idea at the time but I've now relented and fitted the stock part.  I'll update my Gallery picture at some point.
