Grumpy's 72 Pro Stock Vega

The body was airbrushed with Tamiya pure white and the bottom with Tamiya bright red. The red around the windows are the kit decals. 
The only issue I had was the plastic block that holds the rear axle in needed to be sanded down a little so that the  body would fit in the 
right position. Besides that its a great kit to build everything went together with no problem. I also added a tach,resin drag shoot,plug wires                              and fuel cool can. The dash was scratch built and I modified the headers with metal tubing.

Really excellent! When I built that Vega it was an MPC kit (in '71?) and I had to do a ton of work to get it to look like a real racer. Times have changed! Good engine and slick paint. I normally detest white, but with another color or two, it can be great! Thanx.
