Built box stock, painted, decaled and clear gloss coated. The best thing about this kit is that the front and rear windows have their own 4 piece decal surrounds! That is the bit I hate most is trying to paint black window rubbers! I have used this build as my first set of photo's using a new light box!













I now hope to improve my imagery with the new light box!

Sweet build Pat. How did that kit come together? The outcome appears flawless. Also the light on the new light box is very even and neutral with virtually no directional shadows. I've been considering one after your post about them. I can see the reflective sides in the model you chose. They make quite a range of sizes. Which one do you have?

Hi Bernard,

The kit came together very nicely thank you although I did have problems with putting the rear wheels into the suspension uprights and into the tiny rubber rings, I should have scraped the chrome plating off of the pin in the back of the wheels, so I drilled out the wheel centres and replaced the pins with small gauge alloy tubing. The fronts fitted perfectly as does the steering, all the instructions are in Chinese/Japanese.

Seeing this others have asked if larger ones can be bought.  I didn't look at the time of ordering as this size suits my purpose. This is under £30 and was delivered in  just 3 day although coming from a  Chinese supplier on ebay. 

I also checked the backgrounds using this model as the guinea pig.

Thanks Paul, yes the light box is really handy. I now need to build a diorama to fit inside it!

Nice build Pat, very clean. Your pics look good too. I like the black background for that car, makes the yellow pop.
