Ran out of my color coat before I was finished ( Duh ) Any way can I continue tomorrow after I get some more mixed up . Custom mix so I will need several coats . This is acrylic water based ( Testors ) ? I won't do that again . Maybe Thanks again for your superior knowledge and intellect . Sorcerer ( Less than magical most days )

Not sure exactly what you're asking here but if it's can you mix up more color and paint paint tomorrow I don't see why not. The acrylic undercoat should be cured by then.

That is what I wanted to know . Will it stick to the first coats from today ? Hope this is all the questions for today . If you use the same brand it should. I would wet sand with some fine paper first to give the base some "bite". Keep in mind I am no expert such things as I have limited experience with acrylics. Hopefully some of the others will chime in with their thoughts on this topic.

Thanks again . I don"t like the stuff to much so far . If this had been lacquer or enamel it would be curing and getting ready to polish out . Three coats and clear done .

If you used Tester ACRYL, in 24 hours it cures as hard as lacquer and can be sanded, overcoated and even polished just like regular lacquer. Paul
