Deuce Roadster

Hi all, next up I'm going to try to combine the Revell deuce body with the chassis and running gear from the AMT Phantom Vicky. In we go...

A modern rod! I've wanted to do this for some time now but still haven't gotten around to it. So much of the Phantom Vicky kit is such nie stuff. This should be great!

I always passed on that phantom vicky because of that horrible thing roof but I hear the rest of it is well worthwhile for kitbashing at least. Another one on the list I guess!

well I got A little more done to the deuce this weekend

A little work getting the Vickie floor plan to play nice with the deuce interior floor.

finished up the mill

Thanks Bob! Got some bench time today. Started to fashion a rear roll pan from the one in the Vicky kit and some scrap. Still some filling, sanding and shaping to do yet.

I like the build and power plant choice. Nice to see a contemporary rod being built. Where did the Duval windshield come from? Paul

First off , I'll be watching this one come together Bernard. Secondly.....you just unlocked the block I've been having on the tires I need to tackle my next auto project. I think these'll work. I've got an entire kit scoped out on Ebay but before I punch the "go" button....do you have another set of these tires in spare?

Thanks. The windshield as well as the chassis and running gear came from the AMT Phantom Vicky kit

Glad I could help there! Not sure about Bernard but sorry, I don't have an extra set in my parts stock at this time.
