This is a resin transkit to convert the Tamiya Porsche 911 GT3 into the 996 Slantnose. Remarkably well cast, and everything fit the donor kit with the same level of fit and finish one would expect from the donor kit manufacturer. Even the glass from the kit was used and fit perfectly. Build thread herePaint is Tamiya TS-59, Pearl Light Red, a really beautiful color with great pearl effect. Only other changes were the wheels and tires and some detailing here and there. Thanks for looking and as always, any comments appreciated! jb

Great build jb. I used C1 parts on a Mustang a couple of years ago, nice products.

That's the best pink Porsche I've ever seen. Seriously a job well done JB.

Perfect stance, I like the way the body kind of wraps around the wheels, looks aggressive...as a 911 should.

Lovely model. I know in the build thread you weren't convinced on the wheel/tire combo but I think it works great. Combined with the TS-13 it gives the car a very modern look.* Always a pleasure to see your sanitary work.
*There must be something in the air since I just started a project using TS-13, but in my case it won't be so modern...
