Oooooooo I like that !! These AMT kits may not be accurate but they sure do build up into great looking models , really nice job on this one !  I have a couple more stashed , I may have to pull them out and give them a go !  |

yeah that looks real nice. Like the color, those injector stacks and the details you added to the chute. Great work.

Not fair! Your quick builds look nicer than my regular builds, lol. I've always liked this kit. Maybe one day HL will put it on sale. By the way, where do you get your paints? House of Kolors or another source?

Not fair! Your quick builds look nicer than my regular builds, lol. I've always liked this kit. Maybe one day HL will put it on sale. By the way, where do you get your paints? House of Kolors or another source? Thanks Deuce...the builds aren’t as quick as it may seem. I always have a bunch of stuff going at the same time in various stages of completion...I’ve been working on 4 AFX cars since April and they’re all at a point where they each need about a week to finish, this one’s the 1st. I mail order most my Candies and Pearls from TCP Global and I get the Duplicolor Lacquer Clear at Autozone. I usually buy the HOK Candy Concentrate and mix it into the Lacquer Clear to make my own candy paint. Aloha...Pete |

I think I bought paint from them to paint my (real) 1967 Cougar. Unfortunately, I got rid of the car before I got to that point. I recall them being very reasonable. |
