A quick build, almost box stock...only lowered the stance and added wheels and tires from a Revell 32 Ford. Paint is mix of Testers flat white and flat yellow and covered with Duplicolor Clear. A really nice kit, went together without any issues, very little flash, and the cart is pretty Cool too!

Like the truck, like the kart! This is one of the best kits to come out in the past few years to me. Have built several of the karts but haven't done a truck yet; when I do it will resemble this one especially the stance!
Nice job on the wheels too, did you paint the insides by hand or do you have some other trick?

Thanks JB!...I couldn’t agree more, this is a very nice kit. Everything about it is good... quality of the molding, fit, engineering, and the way the finished model looks....
I painted the wheel centers by hand using a testers 3/0 brush and Tamiya XF-19, Sky Grey. Any extra paint that may end up in places you don’t want it can be easily removed with a wooden toothpick.

Excellent build. You got the wheel color spot on. I agree about the wooden toothpicks. They're my new best friend.

Cool color. I did an Avanti once in a similar yellow shade. Cart really is the coolest! Nice clean work, the wheels you made perfect on the truck. My only doubt is the "eyebrow" design on the hood. Chevy went a little wild from '58 on with car design and it bled over into some of the pickups. Thanx for sharing super fotos!

Nice Chevy. Did you have any trouble with the interior bucket going all the way in? When I built mine I had to remove the flange on the bottom of the windshield
