The S'Cool Bus!!!

Well now that I am caught up, I thought it was time to let everybody see what I have been working on lately. Its the Monogram S'Cool Bus kit. Building this one box stock:

Parts were molded in grey and yellow and those terrible 2 piece rubber slicks:

Here is the body after I painted it Model Masters Daytona yellow and added the black stripe. Everytime I look at the body the yellow just looks to bright for me and I'm not real happy with it.

So far the only other complaint (slicks) about this model is the 2 piece chassis but I'll live with it.

I had to stop on this one for a while after my wife had her surgery on her neck to fuse another disc but things are getting back to normal now and I'm slowing getting time on the bench again so there should be another update on this one soon.

Thought I would drop by and let everybody see where I'm at on the old bus. I was actually moving along pretty good with it until we decided to move again But now I have the model desk ready to go again but since I hadn't updated this thread I thought I would do that before I got any further on it. Here is the chassis:

I'M BACK!!

And I finally have an update on this one as well as a few new projects so lets get started. Between work and the weather here I just haven't felt comfortable shooting the clear on this one (didn't want to mess it up now) but I solved that problem by making me a new paint booth and I have been using the last few days. So here is the bus body cleared and ready for final assemble (I think). So here it is:
