Hi all my brother bought me this kit for Christmas. I've decided to build it as some light relief from my other builds (it's actually airfix Montys humber) Those who know me know I very seldom build oob and this will be no different I'm visualising this after the war but still his car I'm assuming he bought it from the MOD and had it painted as his own car. Originally I painted it blue and gold but just didn't like it so I thought I would paint it two shades of blue but as I sprayed it I quite liked the gold shining through the blue so I went for a graduated paint job. I've also not done the bits of the engine you can see the wrong colours or the dif just to add a bit of interest to the chassis.

Very cool and interesting, as all you builds are! I like the creative twist you are putting on this otherwise military themed kit. For the benefit of the other forum members that may not be familiar with this subject I took the liberty of posting a pic of a kit box for comparison. Hope you don't mind.

Seems like a good kit, especially for 1/32. Only unrealistic feature is the convertible top cover.
