The two-tone choice is a good one. Dividing the body into two contrasting colors reduces the oversize appearance. The volume of "glass" in it also improves the finished work. Congrats!

Hi all. I finished this one up over the weekend. Off the bench and on to the shelf. Did you ever finish up a kit just because you got tired/bored of working on it? Well that was the case with me on this one. At least it's done and presents fairly well. It's my seventeenth build of the year. Here it is..warts and all.. Thanks for checking it out. As always comments, questions and discussion always welcome! I'm building a 41 Ford Woody that I'm feeling like that on. Every time I sit down with it, some other modification is needed. All I need to do is put the body and trim on to be finished. It's like going to a friend's house that won't shut up! You need to see him, but you don't really want to hear all the crap!
On my Lincoln, I think I'll make it into a surfer's hearse. Or just a regular hearse.
