This is the start of my winter project. I call it Toxic X, Revell 67 GTX Plans are for it to be either a gasser or wheelstander. Not sure yet. Planning to use a modified PL funnycar chassis along with the kits hemi as a start. Wanting to try some new scratch building ideas I've got. Picture shows the almost finished body work on the drivers side. I'll do my best to keep this updated, just not in any rush... Robert

I've never tried chopping, channeling or any other severe mods like that. Afraid I'll screw it up too badly. Is that the Sox & Martin car?

Looks like a fun project. Reminds me of the early A/FX cars.

This looks like an interesting project! Great job on moving the rear wheel openings forward, can't see any signs of the modification on the bodywork.
I guess it's best to say it before it's too late though, AWB cars were not allowed to run in Gasser classes. But this would be a perfect Match Racer instead if you don't want to go the Wheelstander route.

Thanks for the replies, yes to the S&M car, guess I was thinking street freak type gasser, but your right about the gasser class. Anyhow this is a slow moving build, so not anything to update on it. Been working on a 32 3w coupe...
