This one is being built as a replica of one of my close friends cars. I even went so far as to have the can of paint custom mixed [Ruby Red] so it will match. I finished up the interior tonight. I had to make a few changes to the kit interior to match his namely his has power windows and a manual transmission. I did leave the molded in auto trans on the chassis, but I don't think he'll care. Hopefully I can get this finished up in time for his birthday on the 30th.

Building a replica of 1:1 car is not easy but it is really rewarding in the end. The interior is looking very good. Keep it coming!

jbwelda: well speaking for myself there are a number of reasons I haven't been participating lately, the most likely one is that I generally do not build much during the summer months. Too many other things to occupy my time. Jul 10, 2024 11:36:30 GMT -5
