I'd leave it "as is." There are 2 reasons. First, it is not that common and so it has value. Second, metal kits are awful to try to modify, or build well. I write from experience as I have one of the Hubley dual cowl Packards. There is a third reason, Monogram made a Rolls as well as a sweet couple of Packards, one a "boat tail." You'd more easily find one for sale at a model convention/show or on the web. Plus being all plastic they're easier to modify. The pot metal of the hubley kit, frame, body, suspension, etc. all are ugly to work on and reattaching cut metal can be a royal pain. Re: Rolls, there was a later design of the Rolls, from Entex (?) in the 1970s (?). Tho it had no engine, that would make an easier and cooler model. I hope these ideas help.

Really?! No metal at all?! Then it's a much later repop and probably less "collectable." If you want to slice and dice it, give it a chance, tho I still feel a Monogram convertible or Entex 1960s Rolls is a better body style for rodding.

One of my cousins built it and probably in the mid 60s so I do not think its a repop.
