Back in 73 or 74 I built a AMT 40 Ford sedan stock so the optional Olds motor went in a bunch of cars but some how I managed to keep the motor, over the last few years I thought about tossing it in the trash since the motor was rough but this summer I picked up a unbuilt incomplete 40 Ford coupe so the motor got soaked to remove the many layers of paint and will go in the 40. I also found some optional parts from the Avanti I built in 74 and some extra parts from the 53 Studebaker I built around the same time.

Yep, I have a lot of them, some Monogram Blue Beetle and Yellow jacket parts, a lot of pieces to the Revell parts packs, and way too many tires. Many of the parts are over 50 years old.

I found the 39 hood and grille from the AMT 39/40 Ford sedan my cousins built back in the 60s and are going to be used finally to make a 40 standard coupe,I am going to find use for all these old parts I have.
