I'm starting with this mint condition body.... But since the sills were too high, I did cut them off. And then I cut off some parts on the other side too... "Remove"? OK, I'll do it then! Following instructions are very important when building a model! Hmm, I think it is broken!

Borrowing some parts from a slightly older Chrysler. For example, the cowl, to the body that now is lookin like this. And the frame, but I am considering to raise the kickups to get it as low as I want. A Detroit diesel seems to be perfect to power something like this, right? Hmmm, but maybe getting all that torque to the ground will require some thinking.... OK, you're getting this now, right?

I admit that Mr. Geezers builds are a source of inspiration, yes! After chopping of some crossmembers and other unnecessary stuff, the engine fits quite well. But raising the kickup would make the frame rails touch the engine, and flipping the axle would not lower it much, how should we solve this? Some german parts maybe? Goodbye gastank, I have better ideas. Of course it will have to be equipped with a floor, you don't want me to build unsafe cars, right?

Painted the frame, this is the first time I try rusting something this big, so be honest now, do this look right in your opinion? Got the front wheels in the mailbox today. Model T wood spokes.

Personally - this looks about as real for a rusted frame as you can get - SUPERIOR WORK!!!

Disc brakes in the rear is maybe a bit unorthodox but the axle was too narrow and it was easy to widen it by building rotors out of some leftover stuff from the 32 box. I tried to do some ugly welds out of white glue, be honest now, do they look convining? The red oxide is there to make me see better how they turned out, I haven't decided on the finish on the body yet.

I had some parts lying in front of me, and finally I got a great idea for the front end. Say hello to the Zombie Joker! (Got the name since I do see some similarities with the Joker)
