hi there, I am new to this forum,i just painted a 63 impala with urethane paint,its shinny and all ,got a few specs of dust and I would like to put some clear how about should I proceed and another question I would like to put a antenna,what do you guys use for a base for the antenna ,pictures would be really appreciated.thanks in advance

If the dust specs are big or they can be seen very well, I'd wetsand the body with 1000 grit sandpaper and spray a light coat of paint on it. Important is to spray a light coat, a heavy coat will hide details and body shapes quite easily. Then for the clear coat I think there's no sanding or anything needed, just start slow with very light coats sprayed from a bit further away and then move on to heavier coats.
