How can I achieve the tire bulge where the tire meets the road? Real tires have to hold the weight of the car and are not really round as the ones seen on model cars.

You can try placing a deep socket, which fits the opening, such as a 10 mm, then place the lower half in boiling water. Immediately press it on a flat surface and hold till cool. You may want to try this on some old tires first, till you get the right times. Good luck. In 1/35 scale they make resin tires, but haven't seen anyone make them in 1/25 other than slicks. Some achieve flat tires, by holding over a flame and doing the same, but wouldn't try this on white walls.
