This was delivered whilst we were in Calgary over the weekend. Yes another Scooby but the hatchback version Sti. I wonder how it will look with factory WRC decals on it?

From our youngest son for Father's Day here in the UK. A classic rally car I shall enjoy building.

Just delivered from ebay. These are some of my most popular kits as they are easy to build and come in various styles or enable conversion. The date on the box is 1975 and the price sticker was £1.35!

'32 Ford Pickup, now that's a kit with potential. Looking forward to seeing the finished build.

If I remember rightly it's in 1/25 scale HotRodTom. I'll have another look tomorrow as it's in my cabin.

yeah that 32 Ford is a real winner, blast from the past. Here is one I picked up as a built up, not sure what year this was from, quite possibly the original issue: A pretty simple kit, even for the time, but it builds up nice and responds well to some care in the detailing arena. I am sure you will have fun with it Pat! You might think about doing something to lower the front end, make it more like the box art. I am assuming the stance we see here is what you get out of the box. jb

PS: I don't see any specific scale noted on the box but I would guess 1/24. Might just be "box" scale.

I thought it was marked 1/24 in later years but I don't have a box to verify that.
I have a bagged kit and it looks like the fender unit matches closer to the AMT 1/25 than the monogram 1/24 deuce roadster fwiw.

I spotted this at Walmart. Obviously much larger than 1/64 being sized to fit the package. I thought it looked close to maybe 1/25 so I picked it up. Taking some measurements it's probably closer to 1/30 but I say it can easily pass for a 1/25 moped or scooter. Sorry, picture isn't working. Here is the exact same thing I got at Walmart for around a dollar, whatever they are charging for normal hotwheels these days. www.amazon.com/Hot-Wheels-Honda-Super-Custom/dp/B0C9FN92B3/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?
