I built this around 2001 or 2002 when I was six years old. It is my very first scale model. It is very simple build and there's not much to tell you about. It's built completely box stock, brush painted everything (Including chrome trim) etc. I didn't know about black washing the grille, using the masking tape or anything that kind of stuff back then. Very simple build, but I thought it would be a cool one to share. Here Ya Go:

Interesting. You had skills even at 6. Very clean. Wish I had pics of some of mine when I was 6 but I don't think there was cameras then!

That's very impressive, especially for a 6 year old

My first build was in multipiece body , tires and everything else . The first 20 builds on my own I used a secrete formula . 1 tube glue = 1 built model . Upon first and closer looks I observe many details . No glue smears , no paint on the windows or other places not wanted . This is a Masterpiece . Please tell me you had help . It is excellent . Don't part with it ever . I believe you would regret doing so as much as I do . Riding myself of my first build is what you should avoid . Nice build and pleasant to look at . Thanx ..

Thanks Guys for the comments! Ron: I didn't have a proper camera either when I built this, so I shot these pictures a couple of years ago. John: Heh, I have put lots of glue in this one, too. There are some glue marks everywhere, but they are surprisingly small. As for the help, my dad was sitting next to me and telling what should I do with the parts. But that's how much help I got. Also I like to keep these models untouched, I think it's cool to watch them again and see how my skills have improved. Thanks again!
