I've been looking for a 65 continental 4 door hardtop, but I'm against spending an arm and a leg for it. I've settled for a convertible until I either convince myself to spend the money or find a good deal somewhere.

Kit: AMT 65 Lincoln Continental convertible 3 in 1
Paint: dupli-color universal gloss black
Style: factory except for rims and tires

Here's the start of it

Sprayed dupli-color primer

And then came the dupli-color universal black

Now I'd call it a classic, but back then (when I bought the kit) it was anything but sporty or fast. Add that molded one piece frame made making changes an ordeal. Nice work so far and I can't understand why more resins or fresh styrene moldings haven't come into the market. Thanx!
