As you may already know, I run several sites and am involved in many ways across the hobby. I am finding it harder and harder to concentrate and keep up with all of it these days, especially with our latest addition to the family last February.
I like to run a very tight ship and unfortunately, I have been a little sloppy and I am sorry about that.
I hope to find just one person who would express enough passion about this club and this forum to make sure one thing gets done on time each month......
MODEL OF THE MONTH
I do it on my personal forum with three categories and all the other things etc etc... then when it comes to DP and LDC and and ....I start lacking. I had good help with MOM, but he is working a lot now and the other moderators either don't come by enough or ....I dunno.
I just would really appreciate one person who would care enough to stop by twice a month to take care of Model Of the Month.
You set up the entry thread on the 15th of every month and then lock it on the 25th of every month. On the 25th, you also start a poll thread and add the entries to it. On the last day of the month, you lock the poll and have the new MOM up on the homepage by the 1st in the daytime. It's a very easy task when you get used to it a couple times.
I can teach you what to do , if you don't know.
Requirements: I really would prefer to know who you are, rather than hire a stranger that might actually lose their head and ban people or delete the forum.....that would syphon and I would have to drive across land to kick some ass. I don't want that.
If you and I have EVER had a run in of any kind....Please don't ask. I don't hold grudges....but I don't know if YOU do.
You need some kind of a photo editing program, so you can adjust color/brightness , size, cropping and of course.....adding text to the image.
