I think we all know Ed Fluck has been struggling to make ends meet, even to the point it's hard to buy groceries or even the rubber it takes to make product that people buy from him...when they actually do buy.
True, his line is geared in a specific direction and maybe not everyone here can find an item they really want right now.
Ed made comment that if every member (though I know that won't happen) , would buy $5 worth of his "crap" his words not mine....he could get out of the hole. I know how it is to be stuck and faced with uncertain days ahead....it sucks so bad!
I have had help from friends when I got stuck. I have helped others when I could, when they were stuck. That's what we do to keep each other around in this hobby....without each other, we are all stuck and might as well shut the computers down, migrate back to not doing anything. Each one of us plays a role in this hobby, if one of us disappears....we lose something we can never get back. A sad example of that are all of the friends who passed on and will never return.....some how we pull ourselves back together and we move on, but we can't help to feel that loss.
I have tried to drive business towards Ed on many occasions and whether it really helped is beyond my knowledge.
Friends don't give up and I have to try again to see if I can get him some orders.
What do ya say boys? Let's all try to order something.....maybe you can't do it today or next week....but if you can keep him in mind and find something on his site you could use, that is all he needs. Maybe with the orders, he can put some new items out for us! I have never heard any complaints, only praise....and I know first hand how NICE his castings are. It doesn't get much better quality wise and his prices aren't that much. (unless he is selling plastic kits....lol ) Kidding aside...
I will check what ya got Ed...I think I am going to need a hood for a build that a friend asked me to do for him. Not TRaKable....but I will see if ya got what I need.
Hey guys...maybe you can't find anything on his site you like? Maybe kick him a few bucks to buy toilet paper and food or gas....that's how bad it is.
