I am going to build this one white with blue interior and facrory wheels.I will weather the chassis,tires and engine to look like a nice driven car.

great weathering on you t/a chassie Dan itlooks real ..... almost scary compared to what my 55 chevy will look like mine will be new and shiny hahahahah keep up the great work im lookin 4-ward to seeing more Bud Ellis Kustoms

No this won't be a rust bucket.It's going to be like a clean unrestored driver that may have had a repaint and new interior.

Sneek peek at the interior.I used Model Master Grabber Blue and Dull Clear Coat.

Thank you!! I sprayed the chassis with flat black then I mixed Model Master Rust with Flat Black until I found the shade I liked.I brushed the rust on and before it dried I dabbed the brush into the paint to give it some texture. Than I repeated the proses with lighter shades of rust.

Thanks Mark,here are the wheels.I didn't strip the chrome,I washed them with Dawn dish soap.Then I sprayed them flat black and brushed dark gray on the outer parts(I thought this would give them a dirty look)Then I rubbed the paint off the center caps and used stop light red one the centers.

Thanks,I'm working on the engine right now.I had to strip the chrome off the alternater and power steering pump so I can paint them.Its get'n there.
