OK, I know it is actually a 40..... But since I like the 39 parts better, I used them where possible... I know it is a strange way to make a custom, but what the heck... Molded 1939 Ford headlamps. Shaved drip rail. Rounded upper door corner. AMT 1949 Mercury wheels, with Testors 1948 Ford tyres. Also, trunk handle from AMT 1949 mercury. AMT 1937 Chevy lake pipes and custom dash board. AMT 1941 Ford steering wheel. Dummy spotlamps from the parts box. Monogram 1959 Chevy seat trim decals. Paint Volvo Turquoise metallic with scallops done in Mercedes Classic white, all rattlecanned.
