As you can see, I've drug this post up from the dungeon where it was about to vanish off the board I think this is the longest I've ever let a started model go without finishing. Doing some airbrushing recently, I got this down to try out a painting idea I have been thinking about. Didn't quite get what I wanted, but it's no great loss, as i had just about gave up on this build anyway. I was going for an anti flame job, calling it a "smoulder" job - dull red in the grille opening with smoke trailing out along the sides. I think it resembles my 40 Panelrod too much (The one with the lightning streaking anong the sides). I have E'd a progress foto to Bob and should be able to post it tomorrow.

Bob says it looks like clouds. I have to agree, I probably should have freehanded it all and not used stencils. but here tis.
