Long time ago that I posted something here I started this Camino a week ago and started with shaving the body. I put a few small 20 inch Pegasus wheels under it after I have lowered the chassis. Some pic`s what I have done so far. Cheers Ron

My fav year of El Cee, Ron. Looking forward to the finish, even tho I, personally, don't care for those wheels on it. Cheers,

I now that you are not a fan of that kind of wheels thats the reason that I have used them You're are more a Old Skool type and I like that style to but I have this idea with those wheels a few years and now it was time to build the car. Cheers Ron

I have done some more work on the Camino. The body is now in his gloss coat, started with the interior and have tinted the windows with future mixed with some water based green paint and give the grill some BMF. Cheers Ron

Love that color on that model! Looks good with the 20's tucked all up in the wheel wells, that is the way they should be, why would you lift a car just to get rims under it?

Thnx guys. At the moment I have a problem, where I have removed the side moldings/trim there appears the two outer lines where the old molding/trim was? I don't know what the problem is of this because everything was smooth, its looks like the plastic reacts with the primer (Tamiya primer) and its only appears at one site of the body The only option now is .... started all over Anybody nows of this problem of heard before? Cheers Ron

yeah that has happened to me too. i just file and sand more until it doesn't come back , and when it's under primer i sand it all til i can't see it again and then prime again to see if it came back. pain in the butt ain't it?

Yes a pain in the butt it is But I find it still strange why it is just two small lines Like as a molding seam) and between those lines its complete smooth, its looks like the primer has a reaction with the plastic on some places. But OK it primed again and we give it again a try and hope that the problem is solved. Cheers Ron
