Funny you ask. I think for some reason them colors do glue differently than just white or light gray. I would think that it depends on the parts you are gluing, but I would use Ambroid Pro Weld. This stuff acts fast and dries fast, doesn't make a mess and evaporates from your skin if it gets on you. What it does it softens the plastic where it's applied and if you put it on both adjoining pieces, just push them together and they are mated! hence "weld"....it's a plastic welder.

That is right, white and off white will bond with almost all glues. I am working with the charlies angels van and traditional glues are not bonding it. I remember the same problem when I built one of these as a kid!! The worst is the dark red and dark blue plastics!! Sometimes the silver plastic is a pain too. I do not have that glue, I will try some old school stuff next.
