A little background. I had one of these when I was 18, along with a `64 Falcon 2 door hard top, which was different to the `64 American Falcon. Sold both to buy my first Motorbike. I have never owned a car since, or got my car license either. This build has been in progress for nearly 3 years now. Started out with the Revell T-Bolt kit. The theme for this build is what it would probably look like today if I still owned it. Pics of where it is at now. Wheels are from Tamiya Cobra R. Seats from AMT `57 Ford. Rear end from AMT `96 Mustang GT. 5 liter fuel injected engine made up from various kits. `69 Revell dash converted to RHD. Paint is touch up paint from the wifes `93 Fairlane. Resin stock bonnet from thepartsbox.com. Build pics here. s112.photobucket.com/albums/n197/stevegt738/models/my_models/Ford/64_Fairlane/Recently I got the new release `64 Fairlane, so now I'm going to replicate the car I had. Have started filling in the unwanted door lines I will need to back date a 302 to a `64 289. Convert the dash to RHD. The car was basically stock apart from mid `70s Falcon high back bucket seats and 5 hole mag wheels. Colour will be white with greeny/blue interior and black front seats.

Steve, Great project. Just perfect. Now I have another project added to my list of to-do's. Thanks. Looking forward to your completed pics of the second conversion.
