First post here, but I see some familiar faces from other boards....howdy all! This is a resin re-pop of the 1961 Falcon on a shortened 66 Comet frame. Try as I might, there's no way I can get this body to look "right", so this is turning out to be a 5 footer.......(see the dip above the passenger's side rear wheel well). Slammed, and channelled a bit, it will be a curside, as I really didn't have the guts to open the hood on this, the mounting posts from the screw frame ended up being right where I needed to cut. Painted with Duplicolor Graphite Grey, needs polished and foiled yet. I found an original 61 rear bumper, and fabricated the front roll pan from sheet stock. The grill is grooved Evergreen with BMF, an idea stolen from Randy Meyer, The interior is planned to be the Comet's bucket's and door panel with the Falcons dash integrated into them........we'll see!

who made the body? I built one by Drag City Casting and it's nice, no dips or anything. Cool project, it's a Ford, it's Old and the grille is a neat idea!
