Hopefully these pictures will give you guys an idea as to where I'm headed with this one. I've got a ways to go, but at least now we can pretty much see how it'll look when it's finished. You may think I'm color blind looking at the way I've painted the engine, but that isn't the case. I'll be painting everything else the same color as the engine, Testors Bright Yellow. I give credit to Del Austin for the source for the front fenders. They're the tops of the front fenders of the Revell 29A pick up kit, with a lot of modification. The front fender brackets were made from .020 sheet styrene and they were a whole lot of trouble but will work very well. Keep in mind this is just a mock-up. The fenders are just hanging on the front tires. So, go have another look. Gary

We will have to remember to get the sunglasses out when you get the color on the body because that is going to be one BRIGHT car!!

that car has a nice bonneville look with the wheel covers - like the amount of roof chop hadn't thought of using a 29 for the front fenders but they look great!
