Been slow going. Can't seem to get rid of the weld lines in the sides. Added a little color.

Bud, I like where your headed with your Chevelle. Give the glue time to dry if the seams keep coming back. You can also try using a small ball cutter in a Dremel and make a shallow "U" channel where the seams and old door lines are. Then putty, sand, putty, sand as necessary and your problem "may" be gone. I make no promises but I hope it works as I've seen this trick here somewhere. I'm not trying to hijack your thread, but I hope you don't mind this picture. It seems there are more than a couple of ways to accomplish this type of conversion. This was an AMT 64 ElCamino that has a 64 AMT Chevelle 4 door station wagon roof added. Gary
