For those with memories like mine, this is what I started with a couple weeks ago. 150 trim was sanded off and replaced with trim from an "old tool" AMT '57 . After adding the door-top trim pieces from plastic strips, it was painted Duplicolor white and Krylon "color matches cap" ( ) green. It has a few coats of clear lacquer which is NOT polished yet. Wheels were thinned from behind and the cooling slots opened. Valve stems added. Old AMT Firestones have Polly Scale White painted sidewalls. Ground away the molded grille from the back and added a Model Car Garage photoetched grille. Modified the door panels with the correct 210 trim and added the rear window cranks and arm rests (which were optional in '57). Still have to add more paint and BMF. Cut out a rear seat from an old Monogram '57 and widened it. Redid the trim on both seats. That's all for now.
