Here is one my son Justin has been working on, the Revell '87 Monte Carlo.

First he picked the colors for it and wanted a tan interior and for the body he picked the Dupli-Color GM Dark Blue Metallic. First up was the interior and was shot with Model Masters interior tan. Justin put the first 2 coats on and I finished it up.

Next up he painted the suspension and engine parts and assembled them (dad helped a little with some detail painting).

Then I let him primer the chassis and body with me putting on the final coat (he is getting better everytime we do this).

And this is where its at now after 3 coats of color and 3 coats of clear (I did all of the clear). Next he is wanting to try and flock the interior so hopefully we will do that Friday evening. He is really getting into this model building!!Hosted on Fotki
