Hi all, been working on this build lately and finished it up last night. It is made completely from scavenged parts from the "yard", modified, fettled and tweaked to fit together. I had a blast building it. Finished it up last night. Had a blast building this one. Thanks all for your comments and interest. I like it. Looks good on the shelf with with this old roadster I built back in 1980 Now on to finish the Chapparal 2C I'm close to finishing.

Outstanding job putting all those parts in the perfect place. You have a great eye for colour also, wow.

Wow that's great, I love the color combination and especially that nailhead engine there. Did you have a build thread on this one? Would like to see it if so. Its got a nice stance too, looks vintage. Lastly looks great next to the roadster which itself looks pretty bitchin'!

Yoy're right on! They look good together. For a "parts box" creation it doesn't look at all cobbled together. It's one slick creation. Strong points, channeled body over frame, a realistic (not overchromed) engine, wheels. Only weak point is the thick roof "canvas insert."

Wow, excellent work!!! This one just jumps off the page, and that's without a scrap of red. Well, the tail lights don't count. As others have pointed out the color choices are spot on and it looks very period correct for the early days of Hot Rodding. Wonderful job.
I really like this one!

Thanks Ron, somehow I don't think I am going to be able to do that though. Kind of a shame, actually. Outstanding build!

The overall look is just spot on. Really like the look of a Chopped & Channeled Deuce. Also the color choices and the steelies with those Ford hubcaps look perfect on it...And I love the Buick powerplant too. All that combined with your building skills makes a very good looking Hot Rod.

Lovely! I agree that for a parts box build, it doesn't look cobbled together. Also, seems like you got a very nice finish on the paintjob.
