Always, ALWAYS great models. Flawless and so creative. Paint just about glows and the style is original and new together. One point, the Javelin was a little bit longer and had a back seat. The AMX had no back seat and was more sporty. Thanx!

The AMX had no back seat and was more sporty. Thanx! The '68 - '69 - '70 AMX did not have back seats . The Javelins do for these years . The '71-'74 AMX Javelins shared the same 4 seat arrangement , (2+2) two in front , two in back . Engine Tuned trim in the AMX's on dash into the driver's door instead of wood grain . Different interior choices as materials , options and colors . Plus a few Gauges more than in a Javelin . This is what the '75 MY should have looked like > still would not sell due to lack of Chromed Bumpers . A full Race 401 would be quick . Alas , unsalable and non-certifiable w/o Convertors and other Smog Devices . You built another fine Model here . As an AMC Fan , I admire this one . Way beyond just right . Thanx ..

Interesting, didn't know that about later AMX years. Still, there were always the Gremlins and Hornets...and Pacer, Rebel, and what was that fastback...named for a fish? Preston Honea drove one on the drag circuit.
