How about separating the maroon from the green with gold . You know , like a duck ? lol.. This level of work is one of my hangups from this project seeing fruition . I would be happy t o see this on my shelves . I build Factory Stock . Great build and .. Just right . Thanx ..

Thank you for your kind words and also for posting dimaxion, I appreciate your input,
Well I have only built about 3 or 4 model cars, a kitbashed 32 Ford Deuce, I have built this 26 Sedan Delivery, and I started a 55 Corvette that I still have to paint and finish that I started at the end of 2009. I have also built a Testors 1:9th scale Harley Davidson FXSTS Bike.
I have been building & painting Slotcar Lexan bodied cars since 1990, and I have been building, painting and racing 1:8th scale Radio Control cars since 1976, so I have a lot of experience painting and building, especially the 1:8th scale RC cars & the 1/24th scale slot cars.
You can see a few of the slot-cars that I have painted at these links > public.fotki.com/ModelsByMas/124th-scale-drag-ra/ & > public.fotki.com/ModelsByMas/124th-scale-drag-ra/slotcars-i-have/
You can also see a couple of my 1:8th scale Road Race Cars at this link > public.fotki.com/ModelsByMas/radio-control-models/
The other 1/24th sale model I sorta built was a Revell 41 Willys Street Racer kit, but all I used from the kit was the body, the rear tires, and the blower & scoop because the inside of the car had radio control gear where the interior was supposed to go. You can see this project at this link > public.fotki.com/ModelsByMas/revell-1941-willys-/
The 32 Ford Deuce I built > public.fotki.com/ModelsByMas/1932-3-window-ratrod/ The 55 Corvette that is half built > public.fotki.com/ModelsByMas/amt-55-corvette-build/ The 1:9th scale Harley FXSTS Custom Bike I built > public.fotki.com/ModelsByMas/harley-davidson-fxs/Anyway thats about all of my stuff I have built, Take care and keep up the good work. tom.....

Yeah, that's the reissue of the '80s (?) Li' ' John Buttera models of his full sized ones. If I remember they had Ford engines and I see they still use the old Jaguar independent rear suspensions we drooled over back then. Nice work, keep building, and thanx!
