Revell 1941 kit 1967 Mustang seats Shortened 1956 Chevy dash Steering wheel from, I think, Aoshima Datsun truck. Kit supplied six with speedparts from AMT 1937 Chevy. AMT 1937 Chevy bumpers. 1939 Ford taillamps 1957 Chevy (I think) emblem on the tailgate. 1955 Corvette (I think) hubcaps. Paint Ford Arizona gold with a thin layer of metalflake, all covered in candy orange.

The basecoat is a Ford color, called Arizona Gold, sprayed out of a rattle can. Then I sprayed it with a very thin layer of silver metalflake. Last of all, I covered it with Tamiya clear orange. 2 or 3 layers, don't remember.

If so did you polish the clear orange? Can you polish clear orange? Or did you put a regular clear over top the clear orange then polish? Did you even polish at all? I know.. A lot of questions! But I really want to try a paint job like this!
